Was just trying to upgrade my Flow Internet package when apparently a complete outage hit the nation.
Flow told me that it will take several hours.

This time it seems to be bad as the modem line do not show any connectivity anymore, all flashing orange/(amber) except the power LED.

Seems Flow has another bigger service disruption. Flow Internet down since 12:40pm. This time they have an immediate phone announcement about it when calling 223-3569.

Some Flow Internet and Telephone customers are continuing to experience fluctuating service disruptions. Our main focus at this time is to have full service restored to you as soon as possible. Our technical teams have been working closely with service vendors to restore stability to the affected platform and anticipate resolution later this evening.

We appreciate your continued patience given the inconvenience this disruption has caused and give our assurance that all measures are being taken to resolve the problem.

We will provide another update later this evening.

Via @Flowtt
Further to last evening’s update, on Tuesday November 20, 2012, some Flow Internet and Telephone customers began experiencing intermittent loss of service, which continued overnight into Wednesday morning.

We have identified the source of the problem as unstable connectivity coming from three (3) out of the company’s seventeen (17) systems which are responsible for Internet and Telephone service connections (Cable Modem Termination Systems).

Our technical teams are working very closely with our vendors in an urgent effort to have full service restored. We understand the inconvenience this may be causing and take the opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding. Another update will be provided later today or sooner if necessary.

Once again, we thank you for your continued support.

While Flow Internet service seems to be back for the past 11 hours, I am now unable to establish any SSH, SCP, SFTP connections to any of my external servers. TCP port 22 seems to be blocked now.

Unplug the cable modem and remove battery, leave unplugged for about a minute. Do the same for your routers/switches then after the minute it's up reconnect the modem, give it a minute then plug in the routers/switches and then try to access your remote services. If that does not work check your firewall and check the servers through webui to see if they ate running.

Thanks! It was automagically fixed the following day without restarting.
