Afternoon all
I just got this website from a freind and really hoping someone can help
I have two(2) problems:-
1) I applied for a second New phone line in 11th March 2012 (nearly one year ago) I was called about 2 weeks after and they gave me a new phone 696-****. It is March 2013, TSTT is sending me phone bills but no one ever camed to install the new service. I have been battling with TSTT since October last year when I got my first bill stating I am owning for service since March 2012...But how can TSTT be sending me bills when no phone line was ever completely installed??
2) My St. James phone line 628-**** I applied for Blink Entertainment and Internet...finally got rid of FLOW....and the bill I am getting is 191.85 MORE than what I am suppose to be paying for the packages on TSTT bill...I have been arguing this since JULY 2012 and I am still yet to receive any rebates.

Can annnyyone please help me?

Honestly flow seems a lot better option. If a company is robbing me for the past couple months why am I silo giving them my money.
