DSL Speed

Is any one experiencing extremly slow dsl speeds ( i am clocking speeds of 94.5kbps as per tstt dsl speed test page) I live in San Juan

I was experiencing the same slow speeds yesterday but as of today its back to normal (260kbps). I live in marabella.

I think they were doing some work at the exchange. Mine is back up to speed.
