When you applied did it have that note saying that it would take a while due to the overwhelming response?

I can't recall any note but I was honestly surprised that they called so soon after registration. It works faster if the registered subscriber signs up as they'll need to verify the information submitted when you registered.

You can also call 800-DEAL (3325).

They responded within a few days when I applied for it but I still want access like that for my postpaid bmobile account. It's odd but I get a faster response there when I have service faults as opposed to when I pester them at their customer service centres.

Confirmed! eService is not working right now. Just get a blank page after login (https://econtact.tstt.co.tt/cgi-bin/gx.dll/AppLogic+BaseLogin)

It's been like that for a few days now.

Did they fix the presentation to a more readable format or is it still in the comma separated format? I stopped using it a long while because I always found the presentation of the information was poor.

Well, the data can be downloaded as a CSV file, so if that's what you meant then nope, no change there. However, you can print an exact duplicate of your bill. The ironic thing is that TSTT or any of the other bill-paying agents won't recognise this copy as a valid invoice, so if TT Post doesn't deliver your bill in time (as often happens now that it is once again under management by locals), then you'll have to settle for walking into a TSTT CSR outlet and wasting half a day, or simply sucking your big toe.

The service seems to be working intermittently these days and I hope that they get it up and running soon.
