What does off-peak internet hours mean? Are they free? Cheaper? Same price? I've searched the tstt website for answers but they are as unhelpful as giving away free internet, please help me. Thanks in advance!!

I think if anyone is talking about off-peak internet hours, they would just be referring to times when internet traffic isn't so heavy.

It's not really a service or package offered by TSTT.

Off peak hours are between the hours of 1am and 8am when you get a 40% off the actual time you spend online. That is to say that if you stay online for an hour between the hours of 1 and 8am you'll really be billed for 36 mins. Hope this answered your question...... :)

I've been seeing that for some time.

Thanks for the explanation.

How does this work if you have unlimited dial-up access like me...

If you have unlimited dial-up internet access then on or off peak hours does not apply or it does not matter...

Hi ppl. A CSR told me that if u go over your hours u can use off peak hours to counter the extra time u went over by and not receive a extra on your bill. but i wonder how much extra hours u can get by using off peak hours.

LOL I emailed TSTT 3 years ago and still have not gotten a responce.

You wanna know that the email was about?

I said I had a new company and I was interested in renting some business packages and T1 line. LOL
TSTT so lazy them eh give a damn LOL.

They respond to nothing dude, when I email digicel and flow I get a responce within 24 hours.
hence why I have switched to Digicel and Flow.

And I am proud to say it aswell.
