TSTT Upgrades its Prepaid Service
Good news for TSTT Liberty customers.
From the 16th to 19th October 2003, TSTT will be upgrading its mobile prepaid service,
at which time all prepaid accounts will be transferred to a new platform.
During the period of the upgrade, that is:
• From 12:00 midnight on October 16th to 5:00 am on October 17th and
• From 12:00 midnight on October 18th to 500 am on October 19th
Prepaid customers will be unable to make calls and send text messages. However, all
prepaid customers will be able to receive calls and receive text messages.
Full mobile prepaid service will be restored after 5.00 am on October 19th, 2003
SERVICE CHANGES
After the upgrade, customers are advised to take note of the following changes to their prepaid
service:
• TSTT Lingo Service
TSTT is happy to announce that with this upgrade we will be in a position to once again
make TSTT Lingo service available to prepaid mobile customers from October 20th,
2003.*

• Recharging Accounts
When recharging their prepaid accounts customers will now be required to enter a
twelve (12) digit PIN number instead of fourteen (14) digits (the last two digits are to be
omitted).
Future E-cards and prepaid cards will be printed with 12 digit PIN numbers.
• Low Balance Notification
Prepaid customers will receive a text message reminder to recharge their prepaid
accounts immediately after their account balance falls below $5.00.

and support as we continuously seek to provide our mobile customers with a better
quality service.
