I have decided to start unlocking Nokias, I will do this for free.

If anybody want a nokia unlocked just let me know. you would need to send me your IMEI and tell me if you on digicel or bmobile, I will then send you the unlock code.

Note not every model can be unlocked via free codes. Newer Nokias that are DCT4 plus or BB5 cannot be unlocked via these free codes.

unfortunately motorola does not support remote unlocking, only cable connection can be used for moto. :(

For future reference you can try this website to get free Nokia Unlock Codes: http://www.unlockitfree.com/ .
Their calculated codes seem different from most of mine so you have to report back if the codes they give you don't work then I will try to calculate them my way
You can check this page for models that cannot be unlocked via codes.

Another free unlock code calculator website: http://www.gsmlibert...okia_unlock.php

Motorola is can modify its software and nokia can't unless with the right hardware so it better for the motorola people. And unlocking wit the IMEI code can cause confusement. 1 its not good to give out your IMEI code to any one they can mess up your phone so if u trust the person do it then but its your choice. Hey i'm not saying anything wrong its good that Lich King is help out But their are people who can mess up your phone so look out

Hey lich king, why is it that you need to know which network users are subscribed to?

I unlock nokias with simply using the IMEI code. Enlighten me.

well i need the network because i calculate codes so i do not need physical access to the phones. the thing with codes is that you only have 5 tries and if you put in 5 wrong codes then your only option is to use a cable unlock solution. the network is a parameter in the calculation algorithm so i need it to ensure i get the correct code. this unlocking is to allow the phones to use any sim card in the phone.

i could also calculate the mastercode based on the IMEI alone which i believe is to be used when you forget your security code.

btw i recently killed my old nokia 5100 using a cable and now i have to go get it flashed by a friend because i dont have the hardware required to flash phones.

I don't have a credit card and have 2 paypal accounts, but it's geared towards US citizens. It'll be better if you had a US bank to validate the info you give them. Paypal is very inscure, many accounts are hacked every year.
