W810 problems..?

hey, anyone ever got problems with this phone?

I bought one recently and after a month to two it stop working no power no charge.. where does repair cellphones? or where can i carry it to get it checked out?

If you got it trough a dealer chances are its still under warranty

well u can try this if u want. take out the battery and plug in the charger and see if anything comes on the phone should work if the battery is out well i mean u will atlease see some lights. if u see any lights or anydisplay on it means that yout battery are gone if not it may be a software problem

i wont recomend playing with it, take it back to the dealer, and if it is no longer under warranty, take it to laptop city in trincity mall

With these 'fancy phones' I'd always advise that you carry it to an experienced repair centre or porfessional.

boss don't mess up with the phone it have a problem wit it an if u carry it to tstt that is if u buy it down here they should be able 2 fix it in bout 10 mins other than that it not that old so most likely u under warrenty so doe hut yuh head

One thing you could try though,
If you know anyone with another W810 try switching the batteries ...yea i know its hardly possible to be the problem but if the battery is defective you will experience that sort of problem .....best of luck i hope my w810 holds out till i sell it ....lol

I heard that the batch of w810i that TSTT initially got has problems...and they are aware of it.. carry it back to TSTT if u bought it from them

hmmm thats odd i recently bought a w810 2 weeks ago and im wondering if mine is one of those from the glitchy batch cuz the damn phone drops call anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes of call time.......i wonder if its the service cuz otherwise this phone is near perfection 2mp autofocus :D
