Tell them you want them to change your billing option to detailed, meaning basically to have all the calls you made and messages you sent, itemised on your monthly bill.

This is the first month and I like what I see.
I haven't been billed for anything extra and my SMS message rebate matches the amount they charged me for SMS. (***They charge me for every SMS I use, even though I have 30 FREE per month and I don't ever go above 30).

Try it out and see if it helps.
