1. No personal flaming or bashing.
It will not be tolerated on the forum at all. This will get you in Trouble and we will enforce this rule. Remember we are all here to learn and have fun.

2. Advertising/Spamming
Any form of advertising or soliciting members or commercial website linking whether publicly posted or sent privately is strictly prohibited.

3. Post in the correct places.
We will move your post if you stick it somewhere it shouldn’t be and don't post a new thread for a already posted thread.

4. Off topic posts
Keep posts relevant to the particular forum title. It's natural for posts to become off topic but a great disruption of the flow of conversation will be deleted

5. No cross posting
Post your question once in the appropriate forum. It will get answered.

6. Bumping
This refers to posting with the deliberate intention to either pad your post count or to keep a thread 'hot' so it appears at the top of the forum. These type of posts can be described as useless information, gibberish, redundant or one-liners.

7.Edit button
If you have realised that you have left out some information in a post you made, please use the edit button to add to what you have previously posted.

8. No questioning the rules
Do not question our policies. They are here for a reason. We are trying to make this experience as easygoing as possible.

9. Respect the Administrators
Our Staff are here to help you and help keep the site running smoothly. Public or email abuse will not be tolerated. Please email any problems to the Administrators. Violators will be subject to loss of posting privileges.

Rules can be updated at any moment so always check our Rules.

Amendment to the rules (27-Mar-2007):

11. Forum spammers memberships will not be approved

12. Once you have a TSTT IP address (or other local ISP) , you have a very good chance being approved

13. Email Address: Membership accounts with invalid or expired email addresses will be deleted

Amendment to the rules (21-Nov-2009):

14. If I cannot read it, don't post it

well telling people they can send whatever PMs they want sort of gives permission for hassling and stalking and terrorizing by PM.

:o :D AMM i don't really see how a person can hassling and stalking and terrorizing by PM. Most in the first place u give out were u live and other personal information so its really the person fault for giving out such info . AND it will kinda be hard for some one to hassle u by pm because u have to enter the message and then post it and that may take like a min or two and if the person is terrorizing u just report it the moderator or the admin but who in here will really terroriz someone

Well, I was just using lots of words...maybe exaggerating the terrorizing but I think harrassing is valid.
I have been at forums where trolls just wouldn't stop sending people PMs.
Disabling PMs is not always a good choice because they still want to receive PMs.

And reporting it to the mods...well the mods said previously that "you can do whatever you want via PM" (paraphrase) so technically if people send you harrassing PMs it wasn't against the forum rules so that technically there was no reason for the mods/admin to do anything about it as no rule was broken.

But just imagine.
Someone sends you like 40 PMs right and you logon to the site and your box is all full and somebody else was trying to send you an important PM and now...you wouldn't've got it because it's all full. And if all those 40 PMs were just junk/spam/etc...:-(

And if you really worried about spammers or trolls then I would say they might...just because they can. I assumed the rules came up because people started doing things one thought they wouldn't?

Well i know what u are talking about but this site in not big other sites were their are alot of modderator getting a lot of pm expecally in modding sites because of the many questions asked by the members of the forums. Most of the modderators get fed up. Thats really why But really thats the only reason why they get so much pm
