i am unable to check usage for the month. getting "no usage for the period'. is anyone else experiencing this? any suggestions please.

I have experience this no usage period, since tstt did some "routine maintenance" on Saturday November 25, 2006.
Those guys screwed up the online usage page since that day. On numerous occassions randomly having to call them
to fix it.
They seem to use that system to charge users with limited dailup account. I was even charged a bill with a excess
over $345 because the online usage page reported false online usage. Now this week on tuesday, that online page
magically added 16hrs and another 16hrs to previous day of online usage.
Funny how they won't fix this issue yet. Seems to me, Tstt is milking more money outta limited dailup account
users.

I had enough of that when I had packaged dial-up service...

I have been getting that for the past few months as well. IMO its a ploy to use more time and to pay more money.
Code cannot go wrong, searching a database is not hard. For this problem not to be fixed as yet, very poor then again TSTT is not very poor are they ?
