Hmm.. I know that when running League of Legends, there's a program that runs in the background that constantly seeds the games, eating all your upload bandwidth. See if a process called "PMB.exe" is running in the background while running/playing league of legends or while you are getting the ping spikes. I had this same problem, but with League of Legends previously.. -

Hm. Do you know if any of your neighbours on the same exchange have any problems? I know some times where there was a leak at the exchange causing water to pile up inside the main box causing disruption. Water must be getting in somewhere! Even that ping's kinda bad if that's a speedtest done on the blink broadband website. Oh well.. Guess you might have to put in another complaint xD -

Hmm. Last time i called TSTT was because something went bad at the exchange so they were able to do all the repairs without making a formal appointment. You can always try putting back the modem to G.DMT lite mode to see if the connection's more stable as ADSL2+ tends to depend on good line quality. Hm. i also have my zhone modem in bridged mode, but from time to time i connect it to my laptop and set a static ip to check the dsl stats for line errors etc. Usually when the technicians call from an anonymous number they're at the exchange checking out the problem. -

If you're referring to the bmobile prepaid data plan, the settings can be found below.
http://www.bmobile.c... -data-settings/
I currently own a nokia device and it works without the proxy settings. -

You can probably try to access the modem at http://192.168.100.1 but that only views connection stats.
